3.1 Configure Agents

The Process Discovery Agent analyzes and identifies processes that are already being used. You can find out what processes are detected by clicking on the DISCOVERED PROCESSES button.

Once the processes are discovered, they can also be imported into the Process Manager to be further developed.

Clicking on "CONFIGURE AGENTS" will display a screen like the one you see in the image below. To configure a new Process Discovery Agent and then be able to detect processes, click on the "NEW PROCESS DISCOVERY AGENT" button in the upper left.

By choosing to create a new Process Discovery Agent, you will be guided in a wizard consisting of 2 steps that will help in choosing the system to which to connect and then in the configuration.
